I'm an empathetic, mixed methods UX researcher and project manager who loves to delve deep into user's thought processes and behaviors.  I have worked as a journalist, an educator, a product designer and for the past 6 years, as a web product manager and a program director of the nationally known, MyReBuiltLife program.  To create exceptional user experiences, I bring the right blend of research method management, trauma informed interview delivery/workshop moderation, audience engagement strategies, data collection/analysis and stakeholder relationship building skills to create opportunities to build social and economic equity and increase public safety.
